Faruk Kabir is an Indian film director, writer, and producer. He started his career in Bollywood as an assistant director in movies like Phir Bhi Dil Hai Hindustani (2000) and Asoka (2001). As a director, he gained fame with the 2010 crime drama Allah Ke Banday, in which he also acted. Other movies directed by him include The Awakening (2006), 377 Ab Normal (2019), Khuda Haafiz (2020), etc. He is married to actress Rukhsar Rehman.
