Fearless Nadia was an Indian actress and stuntwoman of Australian origin, who was one of the earliest female leads of Indian cinema. She is most remembered for her action-adventurous role in her debut film Hunterwali (1935), directed by Homi Wadia. She has acted in films like Punjab Mall (1939), Bambaiwali (1941), Jungle Princess (1942), Hunterwali Ki Beti (1943), 11 O’Clock (1949), Jungle Ka Jawahar (1953) and Khiladi (1968). In 1961, she married director-producer Homi Wadia, who directed her in many films including her debut film.
