Sadhana Shivdasani, popularly known by her first name Sadhana, was an Indian film actress of the 1960s and 1970s. She was titled ‘The Mystery Girl’ of Bollywood for playing the mysterious women in the movies. She started her career in Bollywood with the 1955 film Shree 420, in which she played the small role of a chorus girl in the song ‘Mud Mud Ke Na Dekh’. As an adult, she made her debut with the romantic drama Love in Shimla (1960), which was a commercial success. Her other successful movies include Parakh (1960), Asli-Naqli (1962), Mere Mehboob (1963), Rajkumar (1964), Woh Kaun Thi? (1964), Arzoo (1965), Ek Phool Do Maali (1969) and Intaqam (1969). In 1966, she married filmmaker R. K. Nayyar, who directed her debut film Love in Shimla.
