Uma Anand was an Indian actress and journalist, who had a short-lived acting career. She was married to the famous filmmaker of his time, Chetan Anand, the brother of legendary actor Dev Anand. She had a short-lived acting career, as she only appeared in two movies directed by her husband, which were Neecha Nagar (1946) and Taxi Driver (1954). She had two sons Ketan Anand and Vivek Anand who were also a part of Bollywood.
