12th Fail is a biopic based on the inspiring real-life story of IPS Officer Manoj Kumar Sharma and IRS Officer Shraddha Joshi. Manoj Kumar Sharma (Vikrant Massey) who comes from a poor lower middle-class family from Chambal, fails his 12th grade and aims to achieve an impossible dream of passing the world’s toughest civil services entrance exam, which is the Union Public Service Commission.
