5 Weddings is a romantic drama where an American journalist (Nargis Fakhri) travels all the way to India to cover a series of Bollywood weddings that includes all types of weddings along with a transgender tangle. Accompanying her in this travel is a policeman (Rajkummar Rao) who also interprets and guards her while both realize that they are on a totally different journey rediscovering themselves.
