Aandhi Toofan is an action revenge drama. The movie revolves around an innocent woman named Sheela (Hema Malini), who gets brutally raped by a notorious gangster, Balvir (Danny Denzongpa), who also killed her husband Inspector Ranjit Singh (Shashi Kapoor), who tried to arrest Balvir. Now, Sheela has only one mission of her life, to take revenge from Balvir. She hires two men - Raghunath (Shatrughan Sinha) and Balwant (Mithun Chakraborty) to capture Balvir alive, so she can humiliate and kill him herself. Will Raghunath and Balwant be able to help Sheela fulfil her mission?
