Aankh Micholi is a family comedy-drama about a dysfunctional family headed by Navjot Singh (Paresh Rawal). Every member of the family has a disorder including Navjot’s young daughter Paro (Mrunal Thakur) who suffers from night blindness due to which the former is unable to find a suitable match for the latter. Despite having these disorders Navjot’s family is on the lookout for prospective NRI grooms. One such prospective well-to-do NRI groom is Rohit Patel (Abhimanyu Dassani) who along with his parents comes to see Paro while Navjot’s family members try to hide some secrets from the groom. A series of comical twists and chaos rise as the family members go out of their way to maintain the secrecy surrounding the girl.
