Aetbaar is a romantic psychological drama. The movie revolves around Dr. Ranveer Malhotra (Amitabh Bachchan), who resides in Mumbai. Fifteen years ago, Dr. Ranveer’s son died, and ever since, he has been really protective of his daughter Ria (Bipasha Basu). Ria falls in love with a man named Aryan (John Abraham), but Ranveer doesn’t want his daughter to pursue a romantic relationship with Aryan as he finds him extremely possessive and unpredictable. Ranveer finds out more about Aryan’s past further shocks him, but Ria doesn’t believe her father and thinks he’s being over-protective about her. Will Ranveer be able to save his daughter from a psycho-lover?
