Anthony Kaun Hai? is a mystery thriller drama. The movie revolves around a criminal named Champak Chaudhary (Arshad Warsi), who changes his name to Anthony Gonsalves after his release from jail. Champak gets kidnapped by an underworld killer, Master Madan (Sanjay Dutt), who is trying to recover his debt from someone. When Madan gets hold of Champak, he tries to kill him, however, Champak reveals his true identity and informs him about the huge amount of wealth that he is going to get hold of. Will Champak be able to convince Madan or lose his life?
