Aye Zindagi is a social family drama based on a true story of Vinay Chawla (Satyajeet Dubey), an ambitious 28-year-old young office going man who is diagnosed with liver cirrhosis. On knowing that things aren’t looking good for him his life comes crashing down. Soon he is admitted in a hospital and starts undergoing treatment. Despite having support from friends and relatives he starts to lose hope and feels his end is close but that is when he bonds with a hospital grief counsellor Revathi (Revathy), who rekindles his hope and faith in life and makes him believe in the power of humanity.
