Bardovi is a psychological thriller drama about Anant (Chittaranjan Giri), a middle-aged hearse-driver who brings corpses to the crematory. He often dreams of his deceased mother, Akka (Chhaya Kadam) who used to carry out black magic, as he realises that there is something meaningful and mysterious about it. He begins to feel restless and constrained about the activities his mother performed, including the effects of a young spirit named Aadi. A deep bond between the two starts to grow.
