Bhaag Johnny is a crime-action thriller film. The movie revolves around a Bangkok-based man named Janardhan ‘Johnny’ Arora (Kunal Khemu). Johnny is called by his boss Ramona Bakshi (Manasi Scott), who falsely accuses him of cheating, however, she gives him a chance to correct the mistake. Ramona sends Johnny to Pattaya to finish her undone work. In Pattaya, Johnny learns that Ramona has sent him to murder a girl named Tanya Malik (Zoa Morani) who is supposedly a threat to Ramona.
