Bhaag Milkha Bhaag is a biographical sports drama based on the life of Milkha Singh, an Indian athlete. The movie follows the story of Milkha Singh (Farhan Akhtar) who reportedly was a victim of the partition of India in 1947, where his parents were killed in religious violence in Punjab. Later, he moves to Delhi and lives with his sister and brother-in-law in refugee camps. Milkha Singh overcomes many obstacles to become a world champion, Olympian, and one of India’s most iconic athletes.
