Bhonsle is a social drama about Bhonsle (Manoj Bajpayee), a retired policeman who lives in a chawl and never interferes with anyone in a colony dominated by locals. He is diagnosed with stage 4 brain tumor who by accident befriend a 23-year-old young North-Indian girl and her little brother. But when scheming, local politicians incite violence against North-Indian migrants, Bhonsle decides to fight back and take a stand for his friends.
