Set in Assam, Bihu Attack follows the story of Raj (Dev Menaria), an Indian Army officer court-martialed after a controversial encounter with the Pakistan Army. Reassigned to the eastern insurgency belt, Raj works to persuade militant groups to surrender and rejoin the mainstream. The calm shatters when Azhar, a Pakistan-backed terrorist, infiltrates India with plans to execute a devastating attack during the Bihu festival—an event attended by a central minister. As intelligence alerts the army, Raj is brought back into the fold. The film traces the high-stakes mission to avert catastrophe and stop the attack before it’s too late.
