Bypass Road is a coming of age thriller of Vikram (Neil Nitin Mukesh), a paraplegic who meets with a brutal accident and ends up being a victim of it as well as a prime suspect in a murder. Confined to a wheelchair Vikram is trapped in his own home where he faces strange life-threatening incidents that take place one after another. Vikram not only has to defend himself against the killer but also find out who is behind all this. Is it just a psychological fear or is it really someone behind these incidents?
