Careless is a romantic drama set in the small town of Balia, UP where a young college-going boy hailing from a middle-class family dreams of winning the 100 mtrs race competition of his college and making his parents proud. He also loves a local girl who is liked by a local politician goon. Thus, begins the clash between the good and the evil. Despite facing hurdles in life how he wins the battle forms the climax of the story.
