Colour Photo is a Hyderabad-based comedy film which sees the return of Gullu Dada who turns film director to make quick money but runs short of it. He asks a local goon (Aziz Naser) who lends money to people to finance his film but the goon asks in return to take him as the hero in the film. What happens next leads to total confusion and laughter as the movie goes for a toss.
