Darran Chhoo is a social comedy drama about Manav Awasthi (Karan Patel), a man for whom nothing works out and finds himself frustrated with life. Just when he contemplates to end it all by committing suicide into a lake, he is saved by Jugaadu (Ashutosh Rana). Jugaadu imparts some wisdom, urging Manav to secure his family’s life before taking the last leap for which he takes a death insurance. Manav diligently works to ensure a secured future for his loved ones, but his efforts don't yield the expected results as the deadline for his contemplated suicide approaches. A sudden twist of fate in Manav's life changes the tide in his favour, but backing out proves to be a challenging decision.
