Dear Dia is a romantic drama and the remake of the Kannada 2020 film Dia that narrates the story of a young and introvert college going girl Dia (Mihika Kushwaha) whose routine life brightens up when she falls in love with her college mate Rohith. Expressing her love for Rohith becomes the biggest challenge of her life when she meets with an unfortunate accident where she is told that Rohith does not exist. Later she meets Adi after which she finds out that Rohith is still alive. What happens next in this emotional journey of Dia forms the remaining part of this romantic drama.
