Dhaakad is an action thriller that revolves around a ruthless secret agent named Agni (Kangana Ranaut) who was orphaned by an unknown assassin while still a kid. She is later raised and made to join the ITF; an agency responsible for the country’s safety. As a badass agent Agni is assigned a mission to travel to Budapest to find out details of a human trafficking racket. The information she collects leads to Rudraveer (Arjun Rampal), the mastermind behind the whole racket along with his partner, Rohini (Divya Dutta). Agni is sent to Bhopal’s Sohagpur Coal Fields in India where Rudraveer operates but there’s no proof of his connection with the flesh trade. Agni goes ahead with the mission to nab Rudraveer. What follows next forms the rest of the film.
