Dhappa is a political action drama set in the state of Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow which tells the story of a young man who has been hired by a set of goons who work for a political party. The young man carries out attacks on the behest of the party leaders and becomes a puppet in their hands till he finds himself in a mess where everyone abandons him along with his girlfriend.
