Do Aur Do Pyaar is a romantic comedy based on the film The Lovers, which takes us through the relationship of Tamil girl Kavya (Vidya Balan) and Bengali boy Aniruddh Banerjee (Pratik Gandhi) who are married to each other and are in the middle overs of their love marriage leading a mundane life. Aniruddh is dating an emerging actress Nora (Ileana D’Cruz) while Kavya has become the muse of a hotshot photographer Vikram (Sendhil Ramamurthy). Kavya and Aniruddh take a journey as they navigate separation plans and a trip to Ooty for Kavya's grandfather's funeral. This unexpected turn rekindles their own marital spark, forcing them to confront a difficult choice. Will the couple rebuild their spark while in the midst of extra-marital relationships?
