Doctor G is a medical campus comedy-drama about Dr. Uday Gupta (Ayushmann Khurrana) who wanted to specialise in Orthopaedic but ends up as an intern gynaecologist at the Bhopal Institute of Medical Sciences in Bhopal. He is stuck in an all-female class of Gynaecology where he finds it hard to handle and treat female patience every day. This syndrome often lands him up in a soup that affects his behaviour as well as record but finally gets help from his fellow female colleague Dr. Fatima (Rakul Preet Singh). Does Dr. Uday Gupta change his department, or will the department change him?
