Dostana is a musical romantic drama that follows the story of two womanizing bachelors staying in Miami – Sameer ‘Sam’ Acharya (Abhishek Bachchan) who is a nurse by profession and Kunal Chauhan (John Abraham) who is a photographer. Sam and Kunal pretend to be a gay couple to rent the apartment belonging to Neha Melwani (Priyanka Chopra). They move to the apartment, and the three become good friends. Sam and Kunal fall in love with their flatmate Neha. They secretly try to win her heart, only to realize that Neha is in love with Abhimanyu ‘Abhi’ Singh (Bobby Deol).
