Dosti: Friends Forever is a romantic drama. The movie revolves around Karan Thapar (Bobby Deol), the son of a wealthy business tycoon. Karan leads a wealthy yet lonely life. One day, Karan meets with an accident and is rescued by Raj (Akshay Kumar), an orphan, and since then, the two become inseparable friends. The two grow up and fall for different girls. Their weddings are planned for the same day. However, due to the misunderstandings, both the girls call off the wedding. Later, it is revealed that Raj is suffering from an incurable disorder. Raj vows to reunite his best friend with the love of his life before dying. Will he succeed in his mission?
