Dosti Ke Side Effectss is an urban action drama based on true friendship, fight against corruption, system, and sacrifice. The story is about two young boys and two young girls who are childhood friends and dream of making a career in different professions and bringing a difference to the society. The four grow up to join their respective professions but soon realize that the whole system needs to be changed for which they join hands to fight the cause.
