Dream Girl is a comedy-drama about a young Mathura boy (Ayushmann Khurrana) who has been playing female lead roles on stage plays since a while. After getting fed up of playing such roles, he takes up a job as a call center girl by naming himself Pooja who woos his clients. From the local cop to a ‘Haryanvi’ gujjar boy, to his girlfriend’s brother, everyone is smitten by her and her mesmerizing voice as all aspire to meet him. All this wooing leads to a series of unusual, crazy situations as well as a comedy of errors.
