Ek Jaan Hain Hum is a romantic musical drama. The movie revolves around two lovers - Seema (Divya Rana) and Vikram (Rajiv Kapoor), who are deeply in love with each other. However, the only problem in their love story is that the two lovers fail to convince their families for the match. All their efforts go in vain, and the couple do not find any way to be together. Later, Vikram gets arrested and his father has to prove him being mentally unstable to free him from charges. This further complicates their love story. Will the two ever be able to stay together?
