Ek Paheli Leela is a reincarnation thriller drama. The movie revolves around Karan (Jay Bhanushali), a Mumbai-based musician who soon learns that he is the reincarnation of Shravan (Rajneesh Duggal), who was killed 300 years ago by his master Bhairao (Rahul Dev), who was an artist. Bhairao was in love with Leela (Sunny Leone) and after learning about the love affair of Leela and Shravan, he kills both. Karan travels through his past and learns an unsettling truth about his true identity. Will Karan and Leela unite in this birth or fate yet again have something else stored for them?
