EMI – Liya Hai To Chukana Padega is a social comedy drama. It revolves around a man named Sattar (Sanjay Dutt) who runs a collection agency called Good Luck Recovery Agency in Mumbai’s Bhendi Bazar. His agency becomes the leading agency and saviour for all those who are caught in debt. He is sought by banks, telecoms, and various multinationals as he uses his own ways when it comes to the recovery of the loan. He confronts a defaulter by the name of Prerna Joshi (Urmila Matondkar), who is also a debtor but Sattar falls for innocent looks and tries to get out of the mess. But above all, he follows one simple rule – Loan Liya Hai To Chukana Padega.
