Fraud Saiyaan is a comedy-drama which revolves around a fraudster named Bhola Prasad Tripathi (Arshad Warsi) who makes a living by marrying young girls and duping them of their valuables. Bhola is joined by a local detective (Saurabh Shukla) who has a share in the loot. Somehow Bhola manages to keep all his wives happy till one day he gets caught in his own web. Will he escape or get exposed or set out on another con, all this is revealed at the end.
