Gippi is a family comedy drama that follows the story of an overweight teenager, Gurpreet ‘Gippi’ Kaur (Riya Vij), who struggles with the physical and social challenges that come with her age. Soon she realizes that she would have to let go of her insecurities and accept her as she is. She decides to reclaim her happiness and self-worth. She accepts the challenge of the pretty and popular queen bee of school and runs in the school election against her.
