Haqeeqat is a crime revenge drama. The movie revolves around an honest cop, Inspector Arjun (Jeetendra), who decides to bring law and order in his region. However, his effort to eliminate the crime from his region makes him enemies with corrupt officials in his region and certain corrupt politicians, who wish to do things their way. Will Arjun ever be able to carry out his mission and make the region crime free or remain oppressed by the corrupt powerful people?
