Hate Story 3 is a thriller romance and the third installment of the Hate Story series. The movie revolves around a rich businessman Aditya Dewan (Sharman Joshi) and his wife Siya (Zarine Khan). Aditya inaugurates a hospital in memory of his brother, Vikram (Priyanshu Chatterjee). Out of the blue, he meets a stranger Saurav Singhania (Karan Singh Grover), who makes an absurd offer to Aditya that could help his company earn huge profits. However, Aditya and Siya reject the offer. Saurav then plots a plan against the husband-wife duo and tries to destroy their lives. Will Saurav succeed in executing his plans or there is some other motive behind his revenge?
