Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania is a romantic comedy-drama that revolves around Humpty Sharma (Varun Dhawan), a carefree man from Delhi who falls in love with Kavya Pratap Singh (Alia Bhatt), a girl from Ambala, who visits Delhi to shop for her wedding and is about to get married to an NRI, a boy selected by her parents. However, with Kavya’s impending wedding, it would be nearly impossible for the two to convince Kavya’s family for their match. Humpty goes all the way to Ambala to prove to Kavya’s parents that he is the perfect groom for their daughter.
