Insaaf Ki Devi is an action drama. A man named Suraj (Shakti Kapoor) was once accused of sexually molesting the girl, but his lawyer Kanoonilal (Kader Khan) successfully gets the verdict in his favour. Later, Suraj is accused of killing his wife, but again Kanoonilal manages to save his client. This time, Suraj is accused of killing and molesting his niece Pinky, the daughter of Inspector Santosh (Jeetendra) and Sadhana (Rekha), but again Kanoonilal manages to save Suraj, which leaves Santosh and Sadhana devastated. Sadhana vows to avenge her daughter’s death, but Santosh still wants to get justice for his daughter legally. Will Sadhana be able to take revenge from Suraj with no support from her husband?
