Insan is an action crime drama. The movie revolves around Amjad Khan (Akshay Kumar), who is searching for his long-lost brother. Inspector Ajit Rathod (Ajay Devgn) is on a mission to catch the notorious terrorist Azhar Khan (Rahul Dev), who once killed his wife and went underground. Ajit learns that Azhar is none other than Amjad’s long-lost brother Munna, so he arrests Amjad to catch Azhar. Amjad is horrified when he learns that his brother is a terrorist now. Amjad pleads Azhar to leave the innocent people, whom he has captured as hostages. However, Azhar denies it and names it jihad. How will Amjad react to this newly learned truth and what will be Rathod’s next step to capture this terrorist, who is planning to destroy Mumbai?
