Jail is a prison drama; it follows the story of Parag Dixit (Neil Nitin Mukesh). Parag is a simple man who lives peacefully with his loving girlfriend Mansi (Mughda Godse). His life turns upside down when he is falsely accused and implicated in a drug case. He faces a lot of hardships in jail but eventually learns to adjust. Life in jail makes Parag hopeless and he wishes to commit suicide, he even tries to escape but his belief keeps him sane which fills him with hope.
