Jhalki is a heartwarming tale of a young girl named Jhalki (Aarti Jha) and her 7-year-old younger brother, Babu (Goraksha Sakpal) who belong to a poor family and are lured by a man who promises them a job in the city. The sister and brother fall prey to it and reach the city where Babu goes missing and is trapped and forced into child labour and begging while Jhalki goes in search of him. Jhalki tries knocking every door and seek the help of officials and police but to no avail. How Jhalki breaks the nexus of child trafficking and gets the culprits to book forms the remaining part of this intriguing tale.
