Kaam Chalu Hai is a social drama based on true events which narrates the story of Manoj Patil (Rajpal Yadav) who is a labourer and stays happily with his wife Radha (Giaa Manek) and Daughter Gudiya (Kurangi Nagraj). All seems to be well when one fine day Manoj's daughter Gudiya (Kurangi Nagraj) dies in a freak road accident due to an unmended pothole. Manoj and his wife decide to take the matter into their own hands but the administration refuses to take responsibility. That is when Manoj takes up the responsibility to mend all potholes in the city to avoid any further loss of life.
