Kambakkht Ishq is a romantic comedy. It revolves around a stuntman Viraj Shergill (Akshay Kumar) and medical student Simrita (Kareena Kapoor). They have a low opinion for the opposite gender and instantly develop hatred for each other when they meet. Viraj meets with an accident and Simrita performs his emergency surgery but realizes that she has accidentally left her wristwatch in Viraj’s stomach. To save her career, Simrita has to perform the surgery and take out the watch and much to her irritation, she seduces Viraj to convince him for surgery. Will all this bring them closer and have a change of heart?
