Kartoot is a romantic drama about a rich young man based in Mumbai named Samir (Samir Kohli) who happens to marry a poor girl from a village named Nigar (Madalsa Sharma). Nigar can’t believe her luck as she lives happily along with her husband and gets all the happiness from him. Their happy married life takes a turn when a series of deceit and intrigue begins leading to a rift between them. A whole lot of shocking events and twists unfold as Sahil feels a conspiracy is planned against him for which unexpectedly, he is pushed behind bars. Who is behind this conspiracy, why does Nigar change herself after marriage, who will be punished and will Sahil ever get justice?
