Karzzzz is a musical romantic revenge drama. The story revolves around a rock star, Monty (Himesh Reshammiya), the adopted son of J.J. Oberoi, and his wife who is in love with a girl Tina (Shweta Kumar). He experiences some hallucinations and has unexplainable visions. He decides to take a break and visit Kenya, where he meets an older woman named Kamini Devi Verma (Urmila Matondkar). Monty realizes that he is the reincarnation of Ravi Verma (Dino Morea), a wealthy man who was married to Kamini but was killed in a plane crash. He gets close to Kamini to find out about his mother and sister from his previous birth. Monty knows that the plane crash was not an accident but a well-planned murder. Will Monty be able to avenge his death?
