Kasak: The Other Side of a Relationship is a romantic thriller drama. The movie revolves around Amar (Lucky Ali), who works in a hospital and takes care of an old lady who is in a coma. When the old lady awakens from a coma, she makes Amar her beneficiary. Amar, who is in love with Anjali (Meera), is happy with whatever he has and doesn’t want anything else. However, Anjali convinces him to keep the money. After claiming the money, Amar transfers everything to Anjali’s name, and it is then she shows her true colours. Amar continues loving her, but will she understand him and love him in return the way he does?
