Kehta Hai Yeh Dil is a romantic comedy-drama about love, hatred and sacrifice. Aryan (Ranbeer Kalsi) is the son of a rich doctor, who studies in a college and is known for his arrogance and quarrelsome nature. His best friend is his collegemate Rita (Ellena Tuteja) who loves him but he falls in love with Reshma (Sharvani Sahay), the daughter of the college principal, who strongly opposes the relationship. The triangle love story goes through its ups and downs until true love triumphs in the end.
