Khottay Sikkay is a Hyderabadi-based comedy drama where two gangs that of Raza and Gullu Dada stake claim to own an area and prove their dominance over the other by carrying out illegal activities. A new police inspector in the area who comes to know the cases pending against the two-gang leaders and to stop them and restore peace, throws a bait at them. The inspector challenges them to contest in an election in the area and whoever wins stays and owns the same whereas the other leaves it forever. Does the police inspector succeed in his plan forms the remaining part of this hilarious tale.
