Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon is a romantic comedy-drama that revolves around a man named Shiv Ram Kishan Punj (Kapil Sharma) who marries three different women – Juhi (Manjari Fadnis), Anjali (Sai Lokur), and Simran (Simran Kaur Mundi), in accidental ways to prevent them from committing suicide. All three of his wives live in the same building and become good friends. Shiv is in love with his girlfriend Deepika (Eli AvrRam) and wants to marry her but things get worse when he finds out that Deepika is friends with his three wives and all of them are invited to his wedding.
