Kuch Naa Kaho is a romantic drama. The movie revolves around Raj (Abhishek Bachchan), an Indian-American bachelor who visits India to attend a wedding. Once in India, he is pushed to get married by his uncle Rakesh (Satish Shah). Rakesh makes his secretary Namrata (Aishwarya Rai) to set Raj with a series of dates so as to choose a girl to get married. However, things take a turn when Raj realizes that he is falling for Namrata, but he is surprised to know that she is a single mother to a 7-year-old son Aditya. Namrata’s husband left her right before the birth of her son, and never returned. Despite learning the truth, Raj continues to love her, and forms a strong bond with Aditya. Will Namrata show the same courage to accept her feelings for Raj and forget the past and move on?
